These terms govern your use of WhaleWatch ("the service"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What WhaleWatch is (and isn't)
- WhaleWatch is an information and analytics tool. It analyzes publicly available Polymarket data and flags unusually large bets ("whale bets"), graded by outlier strength.
- All flags, grades and statistics are signals, not guarantees. They describe unusual public trading activity — not proof of insider knowledge, and not a prediction of any outcome.
- Nothing on WhaleWatch is financial, investment or betting advice. Decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility.
- WhaleWatch is not a betting operator. We do not accept, place or broker bets, and we have no affiliation with Polymarket.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. Don't share paid access.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions billed in advance via Stripe. They renew automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled.
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes never affect a billing period you have already paid for, and we'll notify you before a renewal at a new price.
- Cancelling: you can cancel any time from your profile ("Manage / cancel subscription"). After cancelling, no further charges will be made — your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account drops to the free tier automatically.
- EU right of withdrawal: by subscribing you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive the 14-day withdrawal right once the service has been fully delivered for the paid period. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll sort it out fairly.
4. Acceptable use
- No scraping, reselling or redistributing the paid whale feed.
- No attempts to bypass plan limits, probe or disrupt the service.
- No unlawful use of the service or its data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Data & availability
- Market data comes from Polymarket's public APIs. We don't control it and can't promise it is complete, accurate or continuously available.
- Wallet views combine values reported by Polymarket's public APIs with WhaleWatch calculations and stored snapshots. Polymarket values may be delayed or incomplete; WhaleWatch estimates can omit earlier trades, transfers, redemptions, fees or outside activity. Neither is a verified cash balance.
- The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhaleWatch is not liable for any losses — including betting or trading losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the latest version. For material changes we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
8. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights. Questions: dujam.mario.tudor@gmail.com. Provider details are listed in the Impressum.
